Introduction

     I am a junior elementary education major from New Orleans. I first became interested in teaching through  volunteering as a tutor for inner city elementary boys. I have experience working with children at home as well as abroad in various settings. My most recent experience involved teaching ESL in South Asia. I have experience with children with special needs, mainly through growing up with sisters with autism and family friends with different learning disabilities. I hope to have a career as an educator in a developing nation, teaching children who have limited access to education. My main goal is to use education as a platform to carry the gospel to places that have not been reached with the good news of Jesus, who is my life.
